NittyStrong was founded in 2019 by Martin Howe.
It was a social media trend that started as a way to keep friends, family, and connections up to date as he courageously battled cancer. Along with social media posts, he sent out NittyStrong Bands to followers, that they could then wear to show their support. Martin was diagnosed on his 18th birthday in September of 2018, and would pass peacefully in Denver, CO in the arms of his parents in April of 2019. His battle was brief, but his message stood strong.
